Whitbread plc (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 75,811 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 3,026.03p each, as part of a repurchase program initiated on April 30, 2024. Since then, the company has acquired 409,998 shares for a total cost of £12.58 million, excluding associated costs. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in Whitbread is 184,111,122.
