RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the repurchase of 201,410 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will be held as treasury shares. After this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 34,581,191 shares, with a total of 1,873,781,806 shares in issue excluding those in treasury. The buyback is part of an ongoing share repurchase program, totaling 14,868,998 shares bought back since the start of the year.
