Piedmont Lithium Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing Dawne Hickton as a new independent director effective March 14, 2024. Hickton brings a wealth of experience from her previous executive roles at Jacobs and RTI International Metals, Inc. She will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors and has entered into the Company’s usual indemnification agreements, with no need for additional transaction disclosures. Her appointment aims to enhance the company’s leadership as it focuses on strategic priorities in the lithium sector.
