NIO Inc. has announced the record date for shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) as the close of business on May 24, 2024. Shareholders of Class A and Class C ordinary shares must lodge their documentation by specified deadlines to participate in the AGM, where weighted voting rights are in effect. Details regarding the AGM’s exact date and location will be provided in the future along with proxy materials.
