Freightcar America (RAIL) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a termination of a material definitive agreement.
On January 23, 2024, Fabricaciones y Servicios de México, S.A. de C.V. and its affiliated entities mutually agreed to terminate a royalty agreement from October 2020, as amended in February 2022, without incurring any early termination penalties. This termination fulfills the Company’s obligations under the agreement.
