Cummins (CMI) has released an update.
Cummins Inc. has revealed a plan to separate from its subsidiary, Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., by proposing a share exchange offer. Cummins shareholders will have the opportunity to exchange their shares for Atmus stock, as part of a strategy to complete the corporate split.
