The latest announcement is out from CrossFirst Bankshares Inc (CFB).
George E. Hansen III retired from the board of CrossFirst Bankshares just before its 2024 Annual Meeting, reducing the board’s size to thirteen members. At the meeting, shareholders elected four Class I directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting and ratified the appointment of FORVIS, LLP as the independent public accounting firm for 2024. The decisions were made with a clear majority in favor of both proposals.
