The latest announcement is out from Container Store Group (TCS).
The Container Store Group, Inc. has appointed Karen M. Stuckey and Charles Tyson as new board directors, effective March 26, 2024, with their terms ending at the annual shareholder meetings in 2025 and 2026, respectively. They will also join company committees and receive a standard compensation package including an $80,000 annual retainer, additional fees for committee service, and equity awards with a vesting period tied to the annual shareholder meeting or one-year anniversary of the grant. Their compensation is capped at $1,000,000 annually under the incentive plan, and they have signed standard indemnification agreements.
