BH Macro Shs GBP (GB:BHMG) has released an update.
BH Macro Limited has announced the repurchase of 119,142 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 352.5 to 353.5 pence per share, with the intention to hold these in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of Sterling Shares in issue and held in treasury stands at 357,865,245 and 16,173,220 respectively, while the total number of Dollar Shares remains at 29,235,299 with none held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights in the company are now 548,656,144.
