BH Macro Limited (the Company) has announced a share buyback, purchasing 102,104 of its Sterling ordinary shares at prices ranging between 352 and 359.5 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company has updated its total shares in issue and treasury holdings, with the new total voting rights amounting to 548,294,054. The buyback reflects the Company’s ongoing capital management strategy and commitment to shareholder value.
