Arthur “Trem” Smith retired from his role as Executive Chair of the Board upon the conclusion of his term on March 1, 2024, after transitioning from CEO and President as of January 1, 2023. His departure, to seek new opportunities, was amicable and without disputes. Renée Hornbaker stepped up as the new Board Chair, and CEO Fernando Araujo joined the Board, ensuring leadership continuity for the company.
